Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them in finding the perfect products. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Duties:

- Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience

- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions

- Stock and organize merchandise on the sales floor

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store

- Process transactions accurately and efficiently

- Upsell products and promote special offers to increase sales

- Provide product knowledge and answer customer inquiries

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Requirements:

- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to speak English fluently; Spanish language skills are a plus

- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

- Basic technical sales knowledge is desirable

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
