An established Ophthalmology practice is hiring a Full-time Optometrist to work at our Oakhurst, NJ and Brick, NJ offices.

This position will revolve around Primary Eye Care with some medical/ emergency care for all ages including children, young adults, and the elderly. The Optometrist will also test and examine for eye health problems such as Dry Eye, Glaucoma, Macular Degeneration, Cataracts and Diabetic Eye Disease. Post-op Cataract surgery exams are integral to this position, and there is ample opportunity to diagnose and manage medical eye conditions.

The work schedule will be Monday thru Friday, with only 2 Saturdays a month. Benefits include medical, dental, PTO, sick time, 401k matching and performance bonus.

The practice will handle all of the administrative work with no on-call or after hours work. We are equipped with a Humphrey Visual field, OPTOS Retinal Camera, Topcon 3D Maestro OCT, Marco OPD3/Topographer, Topcon KR-8000 Autorefractor, I-Care tonometer and excellent staffing. Our office utilizes Eyefinity EHR / Modmed and thorough training will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
