A construction firm located in Rosemont seeks an outgoing and detail-oriented Receptionist to join their team in a temporary capacity.

The hours for this role is 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm. The compensation for this role is $19-20 / hr.

Responsibilities of the Receptionist :

• Answer phones and respond to emails in a respectful, professional manner
• Greet clients and visitors with a positive attitude
• Schedule meetings and conference room use
• Create a range of paper documents such as mailings and brochures
• Maintain office supply inventory

Requirements of the Receptionist :

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1-2 years of experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Powerpoint
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptionally detail oriented
