We are currently hiring for a Mechanical Quality Control Technician.

As a Mechanical Quality Control Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and precision of our products. You will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections using various measuring instruments. Your attention to detail and ability to accurately document results will be essential in maintaining our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed inspections of mechanical components using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and PI tapes.
• Read and understand engineering drawings and GD&T to interpret specifications accurately.
• Document inspection results accurately and in a timely manner.
• Identify and report any deviations from quality standards.
• Work independently to manage workload and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve quality issues.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in mechanical quality control or a similar role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in documentation.
• Proficient in Word and Excel is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Pay: $21.24 - $25.58 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
