Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Stem Teacher to join our team. As a Stem Teacher, you will play a vital role in educating and nurturing students, helping them develop their skills and knowledge in a supportive and engaging environment. Duties:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that align with the curriculum

- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students

- Provide individualized instruction to meet the diverse needs of students

- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback

- Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective teaching strategies

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance

- Foster a safe and respectful classroom environment

- Implement effective classroom management techniques

- Utilize various teaching methods and resources to enhance student learning

- Incorporate technology into lessons to promote interactive learning experiences

Experience:

- Previous experience in tutoring, childcare, or daycare settings is preferred

- Knowledge of childhood development principles and educational theories

- Familiarity with Christian counseling principles (if applicable)

- First aid certification is a plus

- Experience in theater or sports coaching is beneficial

- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with students, parents, and colleagues

- Excellent organizational skills to manage lesson plans, assessments, and student records

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $51,708.00 - $55,118.00 per year
