JobResponsibilities

Providing production services tobusiness operations by performing processing tasks such as dataentry document processing scanning or similaractivities

Receiving documents from bothelectronic and hard copy form forprocessing

Processing documents by followinginternal processes and identifying any gaps in requiredinformation

Identifying documents and theirpurpose to create a database ofinformation

Following up with customers foradditional information or documentation asneed

Providing great customerservice.

Requirements :

Tobe successful in this role you will :

Have a HighSchool Diploma or an equivalent level ofeducation

Have legal authorization to workpermanently in the United States without requiring a visa transferor visa sponsorship

Be able to successfully passa criminal background check and drug test

Be ableto type a minimum of 30 WPM (words per minute) on acomputer

Have good IT skills and the ability tolearn new systems

Have a great attention todetail

Be organized and have the ability tomultitask while adapting to changingpriorities
