As a Medication Technician at Full Life, you'll play a vital role in administering medications safely and accurately, while building meaningful connections with those we serve.

Now hiring Medication Technicians in Portland and surrounding areas including: Gresham, Clackamas, Beaverton, Tigard, Wilsonville and Hillsboro.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications according to physician orders and established protocols, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Monitor residents for any adverse reactions or side effects, promptly reporting any concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate medication records and documentation, including medication administration records (MARs) and incident reports.
  • Assist with medication management tasks, such as ordering and restocking supplies, and conducting medication audits as needed.
  • Provide compassionate care and support to residents, fostering a supportive and empowering environment where their health and well-being are prioritized.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience of at least 6 months in medication administration in a healthcare or senior living setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to follow instructions and protocols meticulously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach to resident care.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, while also being able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
