We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work with clients to identify their business needs, develop strategies, and implement solutions that improve efficiency, profitability, and growth.

Duties:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' business operations and identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimise business performance
- Provide expert advice and guidance on business development strategies
- Collaborate with clients to define project objectives and deliverables
- Facilitate change management initiatives to drive organisational transformation
- Provide management consulting services to clients, offering insights and recommendations based on industry best practices

Skills:
- Proven experience in business development, strategic planning, and project management
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data
- Strong change management skills with the ability to drive organisational transformation
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions
