Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Bodyshop Estimator/Production Manager to join our team. In this role, you will appraise damaged vehicles and determine vehicle repair then create an estimate. Communicate with the customer which includes Fleet and Insurance companies. Your responsibilities will include performing physical inspections, documenting damage, and reviewing repair estimates. The ideal candidate is methodical and detail-oriented with excellent team player skills.
Responsibilities

• Perform physical inspections of damaged vehicles
• Determine the extent of damage
• Document repairs needed and create repair shop estimates
• Walk the shop and keep production running to meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Autobody Estimator and or Autobody Production Manager/Painter Tech is preferred
• Excellent written communication and customer service
• Knowledge of the Automotive Bodyshop Industry
