Position Overview:

Maü Miami is seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Manager to join our team. The Training Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our staff consistently delivers exceptional service and upholds the standards of excellence that define the Maü experience. This role requires a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for all front-of-house and back-of-house staff, including servers, bartenders, chefs, and kitchen staff.
• Train new hires on Maü's service standards, menu items, wine list, and overall guest experience.
• Conduct ongoing training sessions to reinforce best practices and ensure consistency in service delivery.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback to help team members reach their full potential.
• Work closely with department managers to identify training needs and develop customized training plans.
• Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos, to support training initiatives.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in hospitality training and incorporate new techniques into Maü's training programs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment where team members feel valued, motivated, and empowered to deliver exceptional service.
• Collaborate with the management team to continuously improve the guest experience and drive business growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end restaurant or luxury hospitality environment.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful training programs.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
