Appliance/Installation Contractors

Hub Group Final Mile is looking for an Owner Operator/Independent Service Provider Driving Team for delivery routes. Appliances being installed can range from refrigerators, microwave ovens, washers, dryers, and other home appliances. 

Average Weekly Gross:

Schedule: Monday - Friday; Monday - Saturday

Location: Various

Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Timely and accurate delivery including installation of appliances. 
• Select and use basic tools to assemble, adjust, and install various appliances. 
• Must be able to follow complex installation instructions as per manufacturer specifications to complete installation of Refrigerators, Dishwashers, Stoves, Laundry, etc. 
• Ability to maneuver items with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person.

Requirements: 

• 24-26ft box truck with lift gate. Can be one you own, rent, or lease. 
• Provide a two-person delivery team. 
• Must have a personal set of tools.
• Valid Driver's License with good driving record for all Drivers.
• Active MC Authority and DOT number with the FMCSA or willing to obtain. 
• Professional work experience as an Appliance Installer or a willingness to learn the trade. 
• Must be 21 years of age.
