Ground floor opportunity where you are responsible for generating new patient referrals by establishing good working relationships by prospecting through existing medical providers and engaging with their staff to create an easier work flow for future business.

Visit new doctor offices and law firms everyday to create brand awareness and gain the trust of the local medical community. Produce new working relationships by using your persuasive personality to educate and entertain referring physicians / attorneys. Once established, you will become the point person to effectively resolve account issues to maintain the working relationship.

The responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:

• Support, create and implement approved marketing campaigns to providers
• Utilize CRM’s GPS for daily routes to existing and future accounts
• Randomly organize Breakfast, Lunch, Dinners, or after-hour networking events for prospecting clients
• Manage current accounts while demonstrating the ability to grow existing client list by performing calling on new accounts
• Provide support and education to referring office staff on how to use portal
• Excellent customer service skills to professionals with high expectations
• Can communicate clearly with the ability to articulate medical concepts
• Ability to read a room, know when not to interrupt, and what key questions to ask
• Must have own transportation to perform daily routes, account visits, and various local travels.
• Basic Computer skills pertaining to do daily updates for portal, CRM, and expenses.
• Ability to self-motivate, stay positive and maintain professional composure
• Goal oriented and a self-starter
• Must be comfortable with cold calling, B2B experience is a PLUS

Qualifications:

• 1 year of marketing experience (Required) 3 years (Preferred)
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or other related fields (Preferred)
• Experience and knowledge in Radiology (Preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with organizing and participating in after-hour events
• Must have a go-getter mentality and aptitude for interpersonal relationship-building
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation - must be willing to travel locally

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
