M. W. Sewall is Hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist Near Bath, ME

M.W. Sewall, a locally owned, full service energy company, has an immediate full time Accounts Receivable/Customer Service position available in our Bath, Me office. The Accounts Receivable position's primary goal is to effectively and efficiently manage incoming payments for posting to customers accounts as well as making collection calls, mailing letters and working with Customers in a confidential professional manner. Other duties including but not limited to the following: preparation of bank deposit daily, process and manage Credit Card and EFT payments, setting up new accounts, answer multi line phone system, wait on customers, Fuel Assistance reporting and management, Collection Agency Reporting and Month End preparation. Experience in accounts receivable preferred along with strong customer service and negotiating skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Use of Microsoft Office and Excel is helpful. Mon - Fri 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
