Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of delicious baked goods. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and creativity in a relaxed, fun kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and cookies
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters
- Ensure that all baked goods are of high quality and meet food safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production
- Follow established recipes and guidelines for consistency and taste

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role in a professional kitchen or bakery
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation
- Ability to bake a variety of baked goods from scratch
- Familiarity with different types of flours, sugars, and other baking ingredients
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
