**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a Certified Public Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and general ledger reconciliation. Experience with private equity, double-entry bookkeeping, and budgeting is highly desirable.
**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and analyze financial statements
- Conduct general ledger reconciliations
- Provide expertise in financial report interpretation
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Proficient with Quickbooks Online accounting software
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams to support financial operations
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA certification required
- Proficiency in accounting principles and practices
- Knowledge of Wills, Trusts, and Estate Law is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
