Customer Service Representative/Sales Coordinator

Our products can be found nationwide (even globally!), in both indoor and outdoor settings, and are used for crowd management and safety applications. What we are looking for:

We are looking for an engaged and motivated Customer Service Representative/Sales Coordinator who effectively works in a fast paced, high growth work environment. The successful applicant should be comfortable on the phone and be proficient with MS Office. Experience with Salesforce is helpful but not required. The ability to learn quickly, wear multiple hats, and complete tasks on time is essential. This is an ideal opportunity for a driven, high-energy candidate willing to continue to grow, develop and contribute.

Your responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Mr. Chain’s products and pricing structure

· Routinely answer customer inquiries, provide sales quotations, communicate status updates, and coordinate delivery dates

· Fulfill customer requests for product information

· Interact with Production Department to ensure customer orders are accurately processed, and filled promptly

· Provide lead times to customers and sales team as requested

· Act as the liaison between Sales, Production, Assembly, Shipping, and Finance

· Analyze information and develop problem solving solutions for the customer and the company

· Collaborate with sales team to drive results and meet customer service expectations

· Entering and process sales orders, while ensuring accuracy

· Use Salesforce CRM to enter customer activity

· Support sales team in attaining monthly and annual revenue targets

What you need:

· Cover letter, creatively and uniquely qualifying yourself for the role

· Bachelor’s degree preferred

· 2 or more years experience in customer service/sales coordinator related function preferred

· Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

· Proficiency in MS Office

· The position is based in Copemish, MI
