Position Overview :

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Class B CDL Driver to operate a tri-axle dump truck. This role is essential for the transportation and delivery of materials to our various construction project sites.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of safety, punctuality, and reliability. This position offers the opportunity to be a part of vital construction efforts, contributing to the infrastructure and development of the Witherbee area.

Responsibilities :

• Safely operate a tri-axle dump truck to transport materials, such as dirt, gravel, and construction debris, to and from project sites.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure operational safety.
• Maintain accurate logs of deliveries and travel activities in compliance with DOT regulations.
• Coordinate with the construction project team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials.
• Navigate construction sites and public roads safely, adhering to all traffic and safety laws.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials as needed.
• Report any vehicle maintenance issues or concerns to management promptly.

Qualifications :

• Valid Class B or A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a tri-axle dump truck or similar heavy vehicle.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Strong navigational and driving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and punctuality.
• Physical ability to assist with loading and unloading materials.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
