Medical Group, INC is seeking a Nurse Practitioner with prior post-acute/long-term/skilled nursing facility experience.

• Possess Board Certification in Geriatric, Family, or Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANCC, ACHPN, or AANP)
• Must have at least one year of experience in the post-acute/SNF/LTC.

• Manage patients with acute and chronic diseases in collaboration with the Attending Physician.
• Communicate and collaborate with Director of Nursing/Administrator, Social Worker and the entire multidisciplinary team.

Pay: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• Weekends as needed
