M&M WASTE is Hiring an Operations Manager - Scrap Metal Recycling (FT) Near Locust Grove, GA

Scrap metal processing yard needs an EXPERIENCED scrap yard professional with:

Duties and responsibilities are to:

Process and ship to steel mills 2000-3000 tons.
Prepared steel and over 1 million lbs of non ferrous metal monthly.
Manage the entire yard training coaching and working with all employees and drivers hiring and firing.
Responsible for working with yard managers at all locations.
Working and dealing with all industrial and commercial customers.
Communicating with upper management.
Taking the yards to the next level.
