A local family owned wallcovering and window covering store established in 1989 is looking for a part-time Bookkeeper.
16-24 hour per week- flexible schedule with annual raises
Duties include: Posting Invoices, Printing reoccurring monthly checks, Monthly bank reconciliation, On time payments to vendors, Monthly reconcilliation of sales tax and submittal, Subcontractor weekly checks, Filing Year End 1099's, Monthly Profit and Loss Reports. Submit year end to CPA.
Must have experience with Quick Books and Excel.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
