We are currently seeking a Parts Counter Sales Representative. The position is responsible for assisting the customers by locating the correct part for their truck. This is a 2nd shift role, working 2:30 PM - 11 PM.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
JOB DUTIES:
Refers to electronic parts catalogues and parts manuals to identify the correct truck parts for specific make, model and year of truck.
Locates items from the warehouse and issues the parts and accessories to mechanics and to customers at the parts counter.
Detects availability of the parts if the dealer is out of stock.
Uses ADP Dealer Management system and various OEM inventory catalogue programs.
Other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must have excellent customer service and organizational skills.
Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
Ability to handle working in a fast-paced environment required.
Experience working with electronic parts catalogues required.
Required to spend long hours standing or sitting and may be required to lift or move up to 100lbs.
Knowledge and experience with truck parts preferred.
