Leasing and Rental Billing Coordinator

The main part of this job is running the weekly and monthly leasing and rental billing for the customers. Collecting rental and lease agreements from the sales team is also a part of this role.

JOB DUTIES:

• Customer Service

• Collecting mileages from customers on their vehicles

• Receiving and updating daily lot checks

• Working with insurance companies on updated certificates

• Preparing rental agreements

• Correct rates in the system

• Filing/ Photocopying.

• Other duties will be assigned; this is just a snapshot of the basics.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Excel

• 1 year admin/billing experience

• Multi phone line experience.

• Confident and professional when meeting clients and talking on the phone.

• Good organizational skills.

• Attention to detail.

• Flexibility.
