M&K Global Enterprises, LLC is Hiring a Remote Attorney/Partner (Remote)

Overview: We are a recruiting firm seeking a Partner for our client, a prestigious law firm specializing in corporate law. As a Law Partner, you will play a crucial role in providing legal expertise, managing client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the firm. This is a senior-level position with excellent growth potential and the opportunity to make a significant impact in the legal field.

Location: Remote

Pay: Partners will take home 70% of the revenue generated from their client work.

Duties:

  • Lead and manage a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
  • Oversee and actively participate in complex legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and securities offerings.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, providing strategic legal advice and counsel.
  • Drive business development initiatives, including client pitches, presentations, and networking events.
  • Collaborate with other partners and practice groups to ensure comprehensive client service.
  • Mentor junior attorneys and facilitate their professional growth and development.
  • Stay abreast of relevant legal developments and industry trends.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and courtroom proceedings as necessary.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for client matters effectively.
  • Uphold the firm's values, ethics, and professional standards at all times.

Qualifications:

  • JD from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice law in the jurisdiction of operation.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on corporate law.
  • Proven track record of successfully handling complex legal matters and transactions.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated business development acumen and client relationship management experience.
  • Commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethics in legal practice.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $250,000.00 - $315,000.00 per year
