Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. As a Window Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring that windows are clean and streak-free, providing a clear view for our customers. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work at heights.

Duties:
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning solutions and tools
- Remove dirt, grime, and smudges from windows to ensure a streak-free finish
- Use ladders or other equipment to reach high windows safely
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while working at heights
- Clean window frames and sills as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or questions
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Physical stamina and the ability to work at heights
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers
- Valid driver's license is preferred
