Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Payroll and Basic Accounting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in payroll processing, basic accounting principles, and fluent in both [Language 1] and [Language 2].

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
• Maintain and update payroll records, including employee information and pay rates.
• Handle basic accounting tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.
• Communicate effectively with employees regarding payroll and accounting inquiries in both languages.
• Collaborate with Finance departments to streamline processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in payroll processing and basic accounting.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Relevant certifications are a plus but not required.
• Prior experience in a similar role is highly preferred.
