M.I.L.L.S. Child development Center creates enriching early education and quality childcare experiences for children ages 3 months through VPK.

M.I.L.L.S. CDC is seeking a professional, caring and motivated teacher who is passionate about making a difference and inspiring our little scholars to be the best they can be.

Essential job Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise children at all times, maintaining a secure, safe environment for exploration and learning.
• Implement lesson plans.
• Complete necessary classroom reports.
• Excellent communication with parents in person and through our parent/teacher app.
• Adhere to all DCF rules and regulations.
• Adhere to all M.I.L.L.S. policies.
• Attend staff meetings and on going training.

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have Early Childhood Education experience.
• Must meet DCF 45 hour training requirements.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be a team player.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• CPR and first Aid training.
