Job Title: Residential and Commercial Cleaner

Location: Cadillac, MI

Position Type: Part Time Monday-Friday, 9 am to 3PM, Rotating weekends

M&H Cleaning is seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Residential Cleaner. Based in Cadillac, we provide a range of cleaning services from weekly maintenance cleans to hoarder home cleanouts. The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a positive difference for our clients, possess a strong work ethic, and exhibit reliability and punctuality. Some assignments may offer higher compensation based on complexity and scope.

Responsibilities:

• Perform residential cleaning tasks according to established standards and procedures.
• Execute weekly maintenance cleans, ensuring homes are kept in optimal condition.
• Undertake specialized projects such as hoarder home cleanouts with sensitivity and attention to detail.
• Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning products safely and effectively.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during interactions with clients.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and schedules.
• Ensure timely arrival to job sites and adhere to assigned work hours.
• Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing any concerns or special requests.
• Uphold safety standards and follow proper procedures for handling cleaning materials.
• Keep accurate records of completed tasks and report any issues or challenges to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in residential cleaning is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Hardworking and dedicated with a strong work ethic.
• Punctual and reliable with consistent attendance.
• Possess reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends based on project requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Ability to adapt to varying job scopes, including hoarder home cleanouts.
