Experienced Financial Advisor

Position Summary:

M Financial Group is partnering with Lindberg & Ripple (https://linrip.com/) to hire an experienced and self-motivated Financial Professional who can work collaboratively with our team to provide exceptional service to ultra-high-net-worth clients. This role requires the ability to develop long-term relationships with clients and their other advisors to address complex financial and insurance needs. At our firm you can choose your path in either insurance or investments.

Starting Compensation:

As an experienced advisor, you will receive a well-rounded compensation package based on revenue generated, competitive benefits and a supportive back-office team.

Responsibilities:

Cultivate new, and maintain existing, client relationships.

Regular meetings with clients and their advisors to fully understand their needs and objectives.

Conduct a thorough analysis of a clients existing portfolio and provide objective recommendations, as warranted.

Provide advice and/or suitable financial and insurance products to meet the clients objectives.

Expand client base through ongoing prospecting activities.

Work alongside our administrative and service teams to provide an exceptional client experience.

Maintain accurate electronic and paper records in accordance with existing procedures.

Remain abreast of current economic indicators and industry trends.

Obtain additional licenses and certifications as required.

Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

2-5 years of relevant work experience in client-facing, consultative sales, or fiduciary roles.

An entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record of working with autonomy, independence, initiative, and strong interpersonal collaboration.

Highest levels of professional ethics and integrity.

Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
