You’re perfect for the role if you…
  • Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Health Care Administration
  • Are a CNA and have experience in Home Care or Care Facility fields
  • You have a minimum of 1 Year Home Care Experience
  • Are available for on-call rotation (every 2 weeks)
  • (Preferred) Have experience as a manager or in a leadership position
  • Are organized, a multi-tasker, communicative, and have great time management skills!

Responsibilities of this Position
  • Work with our ad agency and utilize CareerPlug, college platforms, SBA, CNA schools for extra job posting
  • Serve as the point of contact for clients, caregivers, and case managers, including answering phone, directing calls, and providing information about services to prospective clients
  • Participate in On-Call rotation, every two weeks
Hire CNAs and Caregivers on a daily/weekly basis, including pre-hire tasks such as…
  • Schedule interviews with caregivers’ applicants
  • Assist applicants with New Hire Paperwork
  • Verifying eligibility for the caregivers on IDPH in 24 hours Worker Registry (Public side)
  • Run Reference check
  • Assist with obtaining needed certification (CPR, TB test, car insurance, etc..)
Perform onboarding duties including…
  • Entering New Hire data on AxisCare in 48 hours (with photo, scan all documents, availability schedule)
  • Completing an Assisting Hands checklist for the new caregivers in 24 hours
  • Add the new applicants in Messaging Groups
  • Completing IDPH Web Portal before caregiver’s first shift
  • Match caregivers with clients
  • Schedule training with Caregiver list for the new caregivers (online or in person) before the caregivers’ first shift
  • Organize Orientation, Assist with Scheduling for New Hires
Assist with post-hire Caregiver team tasks, including…
  • Counsels new hires and caregivers regarding attendance issues.
  • Maintain caregivers’ files and keep them up to date.
  • Completing Weekly Follow Up Calls to the New Caregivers for additional assistance
Works closely with Business Manager and Client Caregiver Manager, including…
  • Ensure that all client cases are covered
  • Sending weekly/monthly hiring reports and Hiring Matrix to the Business Manager by Friday 5 PM
  • Additional agency urgent tasks as needed, assigned by the Agency Manager
  • Take initiative to assist with other needed office tasks
Hours: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday through Friday
