Description
- Pulling merchandise to fill orders per pick ticket
- Ensures order accuracy
- Stages orders correctly for delivery
- Placing and organizing inventory merchandise on shelves
- Loading and unloading transport trucks using forklift, hydraulic lift, and dolly
- Stock receiving - verifying parts/part numbers and proper count received
- Inventory stocking – placing parts in the proper warehouse location
- Keeping the warehouse and parts department clean and orderly
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Ability to perform math (addition, subtraction, multiplication)
- Ability to exercise judgement and to work independently
- Must demonstrate consistency, accuracy, and follow-through
- Extensive product knowledge or the ability to obtain product knowledge
- Willingness to be trained and certified to utilize forklift equipment
- Computer literacy with the ability to learn new software programs
- Ability to move, lift, and carry objects up to 50lbs
- Ability to continuously repeat motions
- Ability to stand and/or move frequently during shift except for lunch and breaks
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
- Fosters good coworker citizenship in the workplace
