M.C. Dean is Building Intelligence®. We design, build, operate, and maintain cyber-physical solutions for the nation’s most recognizable mission critical facilities, secure environments, complex infrastructure, and global enterprises. In this role you will be responsible for installing and maintaining electronic security systems, performing preventive maintenance, inspections, evaluations, and inventory.

Responsibilities:

• Leading teams on large complex installation projects with limited supervision.
• Leading and documenting daily toolbox talks, ORMs and safety audits.
• Installing, maintaining, troubleshooting systems and/or at both the local and global level
• Programming and installation of head end equipment for Access Control, Intrusion Detection and CCTV systems
• Lead software commissioning and testing; inspections, evaluations and inventory
• Performing takeoff project drawings; provide design assist feedback
• Create, document and track RFIs; forecast and manage project labor hours
• Create and manage project schedule and document project progress
• Integration of IDS, ACS and CCTV systems
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and subordinates
• Guide and mentor technicians

Position / Candidate Requirements:

• DOD SECRET Clearance (Active) is required
• Requires a valid driver's license
• This position may require ongoing or intermittent use of a company vehicle. Selected candidates must possess an acceptable driving record in accordance to our policy.
• HS diploma or GED
• 10 years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities on multiple systems and with multiple customer programs
• Strong oral, written and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated background working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated time management and organization skills to meet deadlines and quality objectives.

Desired / Advantageous Qualifications

• Vendor certifications in multiple IDS, ACS, and CCTV systems
• Software House CCURE, Verint, MDI, AMAG Symmetry, Bosch BVMS, Bosch IDS, Hirsch, Intercom Systems AIphone, FFT, Honeywell Video & Vindicator, and Proximex certifications and experience in installation of said systems.
• Lenel OnGuard Enterprise Security System certification (1000 and 2000)
• Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint Skills

Pay: $36.00 - $60.00 per hour
