Retail Lead

To be successful as the Retail Lead is simple; customer interaction and engagement are the top priority. Secondly, demonstrate leadership and accountability to ensure all operational requirements are completed daily. Schedule : Wednesday, Friday & Saturday - 9:00 am. to 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Skilled in operating personal computers, POS systems, and various software packages, Windows/Google, ResaleWorld.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills working with a diverse group of varying size.
• Ability to operate independently and with discretion and work effectively under pressure.
• Demonstrates an inspirational attitude that contributes to a positive team environment.
• Support with the day-to-day maintenance of visual displays and products.
• Available to work flexible schedule days and Saturday’s.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate ability to genuinely interact with customers to show passion, knowledge, dedication, and commitment always.
• Lead in the Opening & Closing responsibilities daily to ensure successful start & completion to every business day – compliance/accountability.
• Drive store promotions/events, Rewards Program/App. Sign-ups, and store contest.
• Work in partnership with the store team to achieve weekly/monthly sales goals, “Go the extra mile” to drive sales.
• Your opinion counts, suggest ways to improve sales/operational processes (e.g., planning marketing activities, sales/product opportunities).
• Minimum of (3) years of Retail experience with increasing responsibilities.
• Have fun, enjoy your time at work and inspire our customers and your other teammates.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 per week
