We are looking for Bar Backs/Bartender to work the venue and take and deliver orders. You’ll be the face of our operation and responsible for our guest experiences. This position is responsible for the entire operation from ordering product, conducting inventory, pouring drinks, stocking, and establishing long term guest relationships. Our venue will be getting better all the time because we hired you. This is not a position where you pour beer and wine all night. You must have a clear understanding of mixology and have upscale food and beverage experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
- mixing drinks for all guests dining in the restaurant
- Attend to guests upon entrance
- Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages
- Take and serve orders
- Answer questions or make recommendations
- Help with bar menu development
Collaborate with other bar staff Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude Issue bills and accept payment
Proven upscale restaurant serving or bartending experience
- Hands-on experience in cashier duties
- Attention to cleanliness and safety
- Patience and customer-oriented approach
- Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
