Primary Function: The participants will gain valuable knowledge from hands on learning and will return to school with a further understanding, advanced training, skills, and an appreciation for our valued construction trade.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop understanding of various project management tasks from pre-construction to job closeout.
2. Develop knowledge of reading contracts, preparation of Request for Information (RFI), surveying and familiarity with on-site equipment.
3. Work alongside project team to support and develop basic understanding of day to day operations.
4. Promotes integrity, honesty, hard work, safety, and quality throughout all aspects of the project and is a professional representative of M. B. Kahn.
5. Complies with M. B. Kahn’s Safety Program, OSHA guidelines, and Company policies, procedures, and standards.

Qualifications:

1. Current college or university student enrolled in an undergraduate program with a preferred concentration in Construction.
