M & B Contract Specialties is seeking an installation manager/coordinator-The ideal candidate should have a customer service and great communication skills• Self-directed and able to work independently as well as with a team. You must have the ability to learn and install new technology as introduced to the window covering and installation industry. Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills with current and valid driver's license. Punctual and dependable with a clean driving and criminal record- as clearance is needed to enter certain construction sites and schools• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and can climb up and down ladders• Prior general carpentry/workmanship skills from any industry accepted but prior window treatment experience is preferred.
