Role Objectives:
Under general supervision, this role will implement and train new clients on Resourcing Edge’s software solutions. In addition, this role will implement and train existing clients adding new Resourcing Edge software solutions. This role works cross functional with other departments within the organization to ensure proper setup and timing for clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Primarily responsible for implementing and training new clients on Resourcing Edge software to include re360, time and labor management,
applicant tracking, performance management, learning management, expense management and paid time off.
• Serves as the main point of contact for clients during the implementation phase. Consults with the client and gathers information to properly
setup Resourcing Edge’s software to optimize their experience.
• Trains the client contacts during the implementation process to use the software to its fullest capabilities.
• Processes the first client payrolls to ensure a successful implementation of the components gathered.
• Implements existing clients who choose to add new software services during their client life cycle.
• Responsible for training existing clients who choose to add new software services.
• Other duties as appropriate to the objectives of the role and goals of Resourcing Edge.
Required Experience
• Associate degree (A.A. or A.S.) from a two-year college or technical school or equivalent work experience
• Three to five years related experience and/or training
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to present information effectively and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form.
• Intermediate to expert skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• General knowledge of payroll and HR related applications
Preferred Skills
Certified Payroll Professional or Fundamentals of Payroll Certification a plus, but not required.
PHR or SHRM certification a plus, but not required.
