Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm

Pay Rate: $20/hr.

What you need to be successful in this role:

• General accounting experience (will train the right candidate for Automotive Accounting)
• Strong detail orientation and multitasking skills
• Ability to adhere to deadlines; excellent time management skills
• Ability to learn new software quickly and competently
• Ability to communicate in a positive and professional manner, written & verbally
• An adaptable learner who can work independently as well as on a team
• Intermediate computer skills including Excel

What you will do:

• Daily deposits
• Bank Reconciliation
• Cash counting
• Receipting checks
• Warranty posting and adjustments
• Maintain AR charge accounts
• Maintaining accounting for Dealer Swaps
• Title/CO Audits
• Maintaining accounting for wholesale deals
• Maintaining accounting for Loaner switchovers
• Loaner Abatements
• Maintaining the used car record book
• Assisting with uncashed checks reporting
• Cross Training
• Troubleshooting and problem solving
• General book keeping duties including data entry
• Other duties as assigned by the controller
