Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs). As an EMT, you will play a crucial role in providing immediate medical care to patients in emergency situations. This is a fast-paced and rewarding position that requires strong critical thinking skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to emergency calls and provide efficient and effective pre-hospital care to patients
- Assess patient conditions and administer appropriate medical treatments
- Perform vital sign assessments, including blood pressure, pulse, and respiratory rate
- Utilize knowledge of human physiology to identify signs and symptoms of various medical conditions
- Perform venipuncture for blood draws and administer medications as directed
- Assist with urgent care procedures, such as wound care and splinting
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in emergency room (ER) settings for patient handoff
- Conduct triage assessments to prioritize patient care based on severity of condition
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient information, treatments, and interventions
- Adhere to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols

Requirements:
- Valid certification as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)
- Previous experience administering injections and performing venipuncture preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and human anatomy/physiology
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Note: All positions at our organization are paid positions. Internship positions are also compensated.
