Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for overseeing the repair and maintenance of our facilities and equipment to ensure smooth operations.

Duties:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and repairing equipment.
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs.
- Keep accurate maintenance records.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Skills:

- Supervising: Ability to oversee maintenance tasks and coordinate with team members.
- English: Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Leadership: Capability to lead a team effectively.
- Mechanical Knowledge: Understanding of mechanical systems and equipment.
- Schematics: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Maintain: Skill in maintaining facilities and equipment.
- Weld: Proficiency in welding techniques.
- Customer Service: Dedication to providing excellent service to internal teams and external partners.
- Logic Controllers: Knowledge of logic controllers for equipment operation.
