PROGRAM MANAGER -Recuperative Care Center

The Program Manager is responsible for the daily, multi-disciplinary operations of multiple teams and work associated with grant management.

Be a key member of our leadership team, managing a large and diverse team of administrative staff and overseeing administrative elements of clinical staff.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required

Experience

• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• 5 years’ experience with health care / community based services required
• 5 years’ experience and/or training in substance abuse / behavioral health
• Strong quantitative, analytical and technical skills relating to data management, analysis and presentation (experience analyzing and manipulating data sets and creating effective presentations)
• Demonstrated experience leading internal and/or external project teams
• Keep abreast of developments in the field and/or licensure through continuing education, participation in professional organizations or a combination of both. Knowledge skills and abilities:
• Strong networks with community resources and the ability to create new relationships
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team unit
• Action oriented, able to identify and act on new opportunities
• Ability to overcome obstacles in a positive, productive manner; problem solving skills are critical
• Experience with Trauma-Informed Care
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality requirements a must
• Knowledge of healthy and appropriate boundaries when working with vulnerable and at-risk populations
• Ability to use EHR and data analytics tools
• Previous experience with grant programming and/or budgeting preferred
