We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Packer to join our client's team in Athol, MA. As a Warehouse Packer, you will play a crucial role in the assembly of parts, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to safety protocols.

The ideal candidate should be attentive to detail, possess basic math skills, and have the ability to perform tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Insert rosebuds in parts during assembly operations.
• Perform simple part assembly tasks with precision.
• Accurately enter work times into the IFS system.
• Package products efficiently and generate accurate labels.
• Utilize calipers, protractors, and other measuring devices to inspect parts.
• De-burr parts to meet quality standards.
• Strictly adhere to Company and plant safety policies and procedures.
• Read, understand, and follow manufacturing plans.
• Consistently produce parts within required tolerances and meet deadlines.

Qualifications :

• High School graduate or GED equivalent desired.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs. on occasion.
• Capability to stand for long periods.

Requirements :

Steel Toe, Hearing, and Eye protection are always required on the floor.

Pay Rate / Shifts :

• $16.00 per hour
• Monday to Friday
• 3 : 00 PM to 11 : 00 PM
• 11 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM
