Join our client, a rapidly expanding national industrial automation company specializing in robotics, at their Greenfield, IN location. We're seeking a dynamic Bilingual Warehouse Line Lead who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is fluent in both English and Spanish. As the Warehouse Line Lead, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the production line. Leveraging your 2 years of experience in warehouse production line management, you'll ensure efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to quality standards.
The Day-to-Day:
- Lead the production line, fostering teamwork and maximizing productivity.
- Monitor and track progress on orders to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
- Maintain meticulous records of ongoing projects, ensuring timely completion and delivery.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing or leading a warehouse production line.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.
Pay Rate/Shifts:
- $15.00 to $16.00 per hour.
- Shift Options: Monday to Friday
- 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- or
- 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
