We are looking to hire a Warehouse Associate for our client's manufacturing facility in Elkton, MD. As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of our operations and handling our products with precision and care.

The Day to Day :

• Stacking cases on lines, setting up track on trailers, and picking orders.
• Moving pallets using both electric and manual pallet jacks.
• Reading various orders to determine items for movement or distribution.
• Conveying materials from receiving or production areas to designated areas.
• Sorting and placing materials according to specific criteria.
• Marking materials with identifying information.
• Opening bales, crates, and other containers.
• Recording accurate amounts of materials received or distributed.
• Maintaining inventory records.

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma
• Experience with sit-down or stand up forklifts is REQUIRED
• Working knowledge of electric pallet jack and manual pallet jack is NEEDED
• Ability to use a cherry / order picker and / or reach truck is a PLUS
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations.
• Knowledge of product codes and warehouse procedures is preferred.
• Stable work history with good references are REQUIRED

Pay Rate / Shifts :

• $16.00 to $18.00 / hr
• Monday to Friday
• Hours may vary
