Our client, a lighting manufacturer is looking for a Material Handler to join their team in Oakland, NJ. You will be key to achieving customer service levels, inventory accuracy and production requirements.

Monday to Friday paying $17.00 / hour.

Your Day :

• Safely and accurately pull material to supply production in order to meet the daily workload requirements using RF scanners.
• Moving all raw material / finished goods which support Production and Warehouse activities.
• Perform inventory movements, processing orders, locating inbound materials and periodic inventory counting.
• Accountable for the accuracy of materials and financial system integrity.
• Meets safety and quality expectations while operating equipment in Production / Warehouse environments; adhering to legal requirements.
• Accurately pulls material for Production while properly transacting the inventory using an RF

About You :

• Experience in a Warehouse and / or Manufacturing environment
• Must be able to read and comprehend English to understand work instructions and drawings
• Must have experience in operating material handling equipment and using a RF gun
• Must have team orientation and portray a commitment to task(s)
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of ERP system
• Forklift certification is a plus

• Monday to Friday
• 6 : 00 AM - 2 : 00 PM (Saturdays 5 : 30 AM - 11 : 30 AM)
