Our client, a large manufacturer in Blackwood, NJ is looking for a Production Machine Operator to join their team. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines to produce high-quality products.

This is a full-time position with competitive pay and opportunities for growth.

Duties :

• Ensure all equipment is set up and functioning;
• Follow batch cards for all products verifying item codes, lot numbers, weights and descriptions
• Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
• Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools
• Test operation of machines periodically
• Fix issues that might occur during the shift
• Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws
• Report food safety & quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate action

Requirements :

• 2 years of experience as a equipment / machine operator
• Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer etc.)
• Understanding of production procedures
• Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and manuals
• Analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Teamwork and communication skills

Pay and Shift :

• Monday to Friday
• 8 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM
