Our client, a pharmaceutical company in Mahwah, NJ is looking for a Forklift Operator to join their team. You will be responsible for operating a forklift to move, load, and unload materials in our distribution center or warehouse.

This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

• Operate both stand-up and sit-down forklifts efficiently and safely.
• Move materials throughout the warehouse, ensuring accurate placement and retrieval.
• Handle shipping and receiving tasks, including verifying incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and maintain precise records.

Experience & Qualifications :

• Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift certification is required.
• Solid mechanical understanding of forklift operations, including maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in material handling techniques such as loading, unloading, and inventory management.

Pay and Shift :

• Monday to Friday : 10 : 00 a.m. to 6 : 30 p.m.
• Monday to Friday (with overtime) : 8 : 30 a.m. to 6 : 30 p.m.
• Saturday and Sunday : 8 : 30 a.m. to 4 : 30 p.m.
