Our client, a furniture installation company in Commerce, CA is looking for a Dispatcher to join their team. You will coordinate all aspects of work order management, scheduling, dispatching, and facility / equipment coordination to ensure efficient operation of the distribution center.

Monday to Friday paying $24.00 / hour.

Core Responsibilities :

• Collect and review paperwork for installation, service, and delivery packets. Provide clear instructions to field crews and maintain official work order documentation.
• Coordinate schedules for operations personnel, including delivery, installation, and service tasks. Continuously update schedules and liaise with various departments for smooth planning.
• Assign supervisors, drivers, and installers to work teams based on labor estimates and capabilities. Coordinate with subcontractors and temporary labor agencies when needed.
• Ensure the readiness of the facility and equipment for scheduled tasks by coordinating with the warehouse manager.
