Our client, a large manufacturing company in Carlstadt, NJ is looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join their team. You will be responsible for supporting manufacturing operations through comprehensive clerical assistance, including order processing, report maintenance, and general administrative tasks as directed by management.

Duties :

• Assist manufacturing with clerical duties (i.e, print jobs, entering stock orders, customer orders, collecting tickets)
• Updating production reports on a daily basis
• Clerical duties such as : sorting, filing, data entry, photocopying, emails
• Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements :

• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Basic Math skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Understanding of manufacturing capabilities, processes and procedures, preferred
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, with the ability to complete assignments with a sense of urgency and interaction with customer
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.

Pay and Shift :

• Monday - Friday
• 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM
