This role is pivotal in maintaining the high standard of customer service that our client is renowned for.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the first point of contact for our clients by efficiently answering phone calls, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
• Process customer orders with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.
• Promptly respond to customer inquiries via email, providing clear, concise, and informative responses.
• Employ problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer concerns, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining the company's reputation for excellence.
• Manage the processing of product samples to clients, aiding in their purchasing decisions.

Position Requirements :

• Candidates must pass a typing test with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute and complete a writing sample to demonstrate communication prowess.
• Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential for effective customer interactions.
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable, though not mandatory.
• Solid computer skills are required to navigate our systems and efficiently handle customer requests.
