Our client, , a beauty products manufacturer in Piscataway, NJ is looking for a Compounder to join their team. You will be responsible for preparing and mixing raw materials to create products according to specifications.

Responsibilities :

• Follow all manufacturing instructions on formula batch record using compounding techniques to ensure product quality
• Perform a variety of duties including blending, mixing heating, chilling, filtering and dissolving products to create a flavor
• Dispense flavors into various size packages per direction of Sales Order
• Gather, inspect and verify ingredients for the processing steps
• Log and record all batch information in Batch Metrics and utilize Oracle EBS
• Communicate issues (equipment, raw material quality,etc)
• Actively participate in Food Safety Quality Observation Program
• Comply with GMP practices and SOP's ensuring compliance to SQF standards

Skills :

• 1-2 years of forklift experience
• 1-2 years of experience in food manufacturing
• 1-2 years of liquid compounding experience
• Ability to apply working knowledge of all pumps ,mixers, scales, forklifts and high density storage units, meters and computers
• Ability to operate processing equipment such as homogenizers and heating and chilling vessels

Pay and Shift :

• Monday to Friday
• 10 : 00 PM to 6 : 30 AM
